Autoassign CCs from Enduser Form
Requirement and Settings:
- Plugin "CC from enduser form"
- Custom List with email in extended field
Config Enduser-Portal:
Config plugin
During creation of new tickets, the plugin will search for real users, where the email address matches the extend values of the custom field, and adds them as CC to the ticket.
Example:
User creates ticket:
Plugin automatically creates CCs from custom field:
Value from creation will remain readonly:
